Peribunyaviridae

Peribunyaviridae is a family of viruses^[1] in the order Elliovirales.^[2] Its name partially derives from Bunyamwera, Uganda, where the founding species was first isolated.^[3]

Taxonomy

The family contains the following genera:^[2]

Genomes of orthobunyavirus, herbevirus, pacuvirus and shangavirus of the family *Peribunyaviridae*^[3]
